"Manos" The Hands of Fate: Special Edition is a two disc set released by Shout! Factory. It was released on September 13, 2011.
The package consists of a single DVD case with a double-sided cover (Side A done in the style of the box set slim cases, Side B in the style of the single disc re-releases) and includes a mini-poster that utilizes the same artwork as the Side A cover.
