Ann-Margret (born 1941 as Ann-Margret Olsson) is a Swedish-American singer, dancer, and actress.

Born in Valsjöbyn, Sweden, Ann-Margret came to the US at the age of 6, and was naturalized as a US Citizen shortly thereafter. She attended Northwestern University. Interested in the performing arts, Ann-Margret began her singing career in 1961. She was promoted as a female equivalent of Elvis Presley (with whom she co-starred in Viva Las Vegas). She also began her acting career in the 1960s.

Her singing and acting careers have spanned five decades. This included guest-starring on an episode of The Flintstones as "Ann-Margrock," which is referenced in a few episodes by the SOL crew.

  • Ann-Margret starred in a 1980 TV musical-variety special entitled Ann-Margret: Hollywood Movie Girls. It co-starred Dom Deluise. A promo for this special was shown during the Movie Jo Night presentation of The Devil's Daughter.
