Assignment: Venezuela and Other Shorts is a compilation release from Best Brains, Inc. featuring three shorts from Mystery Science Theater 3000. It was originally released on VHS and later the same three shorts were included as a bonus in The Mystery Science Theater 3000 Collection, Volume 7 from Rhino Entertainment and its reissue, Mystery Science Theater 3000: Volume VII.
It is notable as the debut of the riffed version of Assignment: Venezuela, which had been filmed to be a part of the Mystery Science Theater 3000 CD-ROM.
