
Ava Gardner
Ava Gardner (1922 - 1990) was an American actress.
Known primarily for her glamour roles in the 1940s, she was nominated for an Academy Award, a Golden Globe and several BAFTAs, but never won. She was married three times: to Mickey Rooney, Artie Shaw and Frank Sinatra.
By the 1960s, she began working more regularly in television, including appearances on the Batman television series and various TV movies, as well as in exploitation films such as Bloody Mama.
