Barbara Bouchet (born 1943 as Bärbel Gutscher) is a German-American actress.
She appeared in several American films and TV programs during the 1960s, and later enjoyed significant success in the Italian film industry.
Notes[]
- Ms. Bouchet co-starred in the 1967 film version of the James Bond novel Casino Royale as Ms. Moneypenny (see Lois Maxwell). In the film, all of her dialogue was dubbed by another actress to remove Ms. Bouchet's accent.
- Casino Royale was not made by Eon Productions (who produced all of the other "official" Bond adaptations), and was instead made as a satire. However, Ms. Bouchet still technically qualifies as having appeared in a Bond film.
- Bouchet appeared in the Star Trek episode "By Any Other Name" which also featured Stewart Moss, star of It Lives by Night.
Riffed Movies[]
