Bill McCutcheon (1924-2002) was an American actor whose best-known movie role is as Owen Jenkins in Steel Magnolias. He's also known for his work in children's entertainment, having portrayed Leo the Leprechaun on The Howdy Doody Show and Uncle Wally on Sesame Street.

- In his role as Uncle Wally, McCutcheon has the distinction of having been present when Mr. Snuffleupagus was seen for the first time by Big Bird's human friends on Sesame Street in 1985.
