Cameron Mitchell (November 4, 1918 - July 6, 1994) was an American actor who played the role of George Benedict in Stranded in Space, Alex "Santa Claus" Jansen in Space Mutiny and the title character in RiffTrax's video-on-demand release Supersonic Man.
The son of a minister, Mitchell began working on Broadway and participated in an experimental television broadcast.
