Casablanca is a 1942 American drama film distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It was directed by Michael Curtiz and stars Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, Claude Rains, Sidney Greenstreet, Peter Lorre, and Dooley Wilson. It was written by Julius Epstein, Philip Epstein, and Howard Koch, based on a play by Murray Burnett and Joan Alison. It is generally considered to be one of the greatest movies ever made.
Plot[]
Set in the early days of World War II, the plot is centered around Rick Blaine, a cynical ex-patriot American who owns a cafe/nightclub in Nazi-occupied Morocco. Rick's life becomes complicated when his former lover arrives in Casablanca with her new husband, a key member of the European resistance.

- Casablanca is one of the films (or "cinemas") into which the character Aram Fingal had his consciousness projected in Overdrawn at the Memory Bank (Experiment #822). Fingal then found himself interacting with characters and situations inspired by the film.
