Dale Van Sickel (1907-1977) was an American actor and stuntman who was named to the All American first squad during his sophomore year at the University of Florida. After spending two seasons as an assistant coach at his alma mater, he moved to Hollywood to work as a stuntman. His first stunt credit was in the Marx Brothers film Duck Soup. Much of his acting career was in uncredited bit parts, not receiving an on-screen credit until the 1942 film It Happened in Flatbush.
