Demi Moore (born November 11, 1962) is an American actor and producer. She has starred in many successful films, including A Few Good Men (with Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson), Ghost (with Patrick Swayze), and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.
Demi Moore's career and personal life have made her the subject of tabloid fodder for many years. She has entered the popular consciousness for several reasons, including her husky voice, her frequently-changing hairstyles, disagreement over the pronunciation of her first name (she reportedly prefers "da-MEE" over "DEMM-ee"), her high-profile marriage to actor Bruce Willis and their subsequent divorce, appearing naked on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine while pregnant, speculation about whether she had her breasts surgically-enhanced (most notably around the time she appeared in the film Striptease with Burt Reynolds), shaving her head for her role in the film G.I. Jane, and her romantic involvement with the significantly younger actor Ashton Kutcher.
Demi Moore gained critical acclaim for her performance as an aging film star in the 2024 satirical body horror film The Substance, which earned her a Golden Globe Award and an Academy Award nomination.
