Earl Torgeson (played by Paul Chaplin) is a butcher from Sanford, Maine who specializes in hand-made Old World sausages. He is the estranged half-brother of Eunice Torgeson, who is the great friend of the late Gladys Fletcher, who is the great aunt of Survivor drummer Kyle Woodring, which performed the rock anthem "Eye of the Tiger" that served as the theme for Rocky III (though Woodring wasn't yet a member at the time it was first recorded), the sequel of which Crow regards as having delved deepest in U.S./Soviet relations during the Cold War, thus somehow making him qualified to expound on the Russian folklore present in the movie Jack Frost. His dissertation consisted of taking a phone order from a customer. Mike and Tom were not amused and violently expressed their dissatisfaction with Crow.
