Aldo Farnese (1936-1994) was an American actor, musician, and filmmaker.
After a very brief career in Los Angeles, Farnese moved to Philadelphia where he eventually created the character Dickory Doc, the host of a popular local children's television program. The program was broadcast in several cities on the east coast and mid-west.
After the Dickory Doc program was cancelled, Farnese appeared as Adam Android, a different children's show host. Later in his career, Farnese worked mostly behind the camera.
Aldo Farnese died on July 28th, 1994, two days before the Mystery Science Theater 3000 episode that featured The Dead Talk Back was first broadcast.
