Frank Mills (1891-1973) was an American actor with over four hundred movies and television shows in his filmography, the vast majority of which were uncredited bit parts. Some of the shows he appeared on include The Adventures of Superman, Mike Hammer, The Twilight Zone, Perry Mason, Death Valley Days, The Untouchables, and Gunsmoke.
