James Seay (1914-1992) was an American actor who was often typecast in government official roles. His television appearances included The Adventures of Superman, Perry Mason, The Andy Griffith Show, The Fugitive, and Death Valley Days. He also had a recurring role on The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp as Judge Spicer.
