Jim Stafford (born 1944) is an American singer-songwriter and actor.
Stafford had several "novelty" country-western hit songs during the 1970s, including "Spiders and Snakes" and "My Girl Bill". He later opened a theater in Branson, Missouri.

- In 1980, Jim Stafford appeared in the film Any Which Way You Can and an episode of the TV series B.J. and the Bear. Like Riding with Death, these productions also featured the exploits of big-rig truck drivers.
