John Brown (1904-1957) was a British-born actor best remembered for his portrayal of Digby "Digger" O'Dell on the radio and first television version of The Life of Riley. He also had a recurring role on The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show as Harry Morton.
Not to be confused with the abolitionist, the Scottish doctor, the personal attendant of Queen Victoria, or any of the host of individuals with this very common name.
