Leaked 'Star Wars' Auditions With The Bots From MST3K is a comedy segment posted to the Youtube channel of comedy web site Funny or Die on December 4, 2015. It features Tom Servo and Crow T. Robot auditioning for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.[1]
Segment[]
Tom Servo claims to be a member of SAG-AFTRA, Equity and the Directors Guild of America. Crow is non-union. Tom wants to read for the part of Kylo Ren and becomes incensed when they want him to read for BB-8. Crow reads BB-8's dialogue and is irritated that it's nothing but beeps. Tom asks to just be cast as Han Solo and is shocked they'd hire that "hack from Sabrina" instead. Neither robot likes the beeping. Tom claims to have never met a robot who beeps and Crow thinks "..this [bleep] robot is [bleep] in a [bleep] with a [bleep], who [bleep]." The casting agents like it. Crow then asks if they'd like to see his script for Earth vs. Soup, but they're good.
A crawl then claims that Tom and Crow were cast as R2-D2 and C-3PO and made over 25 Star Wars films, "all equally beloved as the originals."
