Lorne Greene
Lorne Greene (1915 – 1987) was a Canadian actor. His birth name was Lyon Himan Green.
Lorne Greene is best-remembered for playing patriarch Ben Cartwright on the television series Bonanza and Commander Adama in the original incarnation of Battlestar Galactica (and the sequel series Galactica 1980).

- In 1947, Greene narrated the short film Johnny at the Fair. An edited version of this short, with Greene's narration replaced, was used in Episode #419 of Mystery Science Theater 3000.
