- The livestream of Legends of the Superheroes: The Challenge was the nineteenth presentation of Movie Jo Night.
- The livestream was produced by Chris Gersbeck.
- Chris joined Mary Jo during the movie. Unlike most previous installments, this presentation contained very few jokes and consisted mostly of Chris explaining to Mary Jo who the various characters and actors are.
- This installment breaks the practice started in the Movie Jo Night presentation of Moon of the Wolf wherein commercials were added during the act breaks.
