Prologue: Dr. Kabahl brainstorms new ideas with Kinga and Max.

Segment One (Invention Exchange): Tom and Crow have only recently realized that Jonah is tall. He goes through all of the typical questions that a tall person is asked. For the Invention Exchange, Kinga and Max present the Mug of Doom, a morning beverage that displays the drinkers' worst fears. Jonah and the 'Bots present Business Skittles, gray candies with flavors that reflect the drudgery of corporate life.

Segment Two: Jonah and the 'Bots speak to each other using spy shorthand. Jonah has trouble understanding.

Segment Three: Jonah, as a CIA instructor, teaches the 'Bots the rules of spycraft. They seem counter-intuitive.

INTERMISSION

Segment Four: Jonah, Emily, and Joel scheme in rhyme. Joel has reactivated Magic Voice.

Segment Five: Jonah pulls a prank on the 'Bots, making them believe that an ion storm is affecting their perception of reality. Tom and Crow do not react well.

Segment Six: Jonah states that he believes the movie didn't work because the villain wasn't compelling. Kinga disagrees and sings a song about the great movie Supervillainesses.

Stinger: President Boong seems to have been killed, but then reveals himself alive.

A parody of the Folgers coffee slogan "The best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup".
  • "Frankie Avalon in Beach Blanket Murder."
Beach Blanket Bingo is the fifth in a series of beach party movies which co-starred Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello. It also featured Linda Evans.
  • "It's just some band called The Quarrymen. Pay them no mind."
"The Quarrymen" was the name of the band that John Lennon and Paul McCartney were in before they formed The Beatles.
  • "Mr. Bean's Roman Holiday."
Mr. Bean's Holiday is a 2007 film featuring the bumbling title character of the British comedy television series Mr. Bean as he goes on a series of misadventures during a trip to Cannes. Roman Holiday is a 1953 romantic comedy starring Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn, who won a Best Actress Academy Award for her performance.
  • "It's Dr. Girlfriend!"
On the animated adventure/comedy TV series The Venture Bros., Dr. Girlfriend is the partner of the villain known as The Monarch. She wears her hair in a style similar to the receptionist in the movie.
  • "Who are you? How did you get in here?" "I'm a locksmith... And, I'm a locksmith."
In an episode of the police procedural parody TV show Police Squad!, Leslie Nielsen's character (a police officer working undercover as a locksmith) responds this way when asked the same question by a mob boss whose office he has just entered.

And Then There Were None is a 1939 mystery novel by Agatha Christie about ten people trapped on an island who are being killed off one by one. It is one of the top ten best-selling books of all time, having sold over a hundred million copies.

Coronation Street is a long-running ITV soap opera set in the fictional Northern England town of Weatherfield. It is still running, having broadcast over ten thousand episodes.
  • "I could have been in Shen Yun."
Shen Yun is a performance arts company that performs classical Chinese dance and music.
  • "Say hello to my novelty pen!"
A parody of the line, "Say hello to my little friend!" from the 1983 film Scarface. It ranks at #61 in AFI's 100 Years... 100 Movie Quotes.
  • "Land shark!"
The Land Shark is a recurring character from the late-night sketch comedy TV show Saturday Night Live. Parodying the blockbuster film Jaws, the Land Shark sketches usually involved the shark pretending to be a delivery person to gain access to a domicile and attack the residents.
  • "I love it when a plan kind of happens."
A parody of the line, "I love it when a plan comes together!", which served as a catchphrase of Col. John "Hannibal" Smith on the action-adventure TV series The A-Team.
