Original packaging for Vol. XXI
MST3K vs. Gamera: Volume XXI is a DVD box set released by Shout! Factory. It was released on August 2, 2011.
This set features five episodes hosted by Joel.
Initial copies of the MST3K vs. Gamera are packaged in a metal tin. Inside the tin is a cardboard box/sleeve with five individual slim DVD cases, each with individual episode-specific artwork. Also in the package are five mini-posters that utilized the same artwork as the DVD cases. Subsequent re-releases eliminate the tin.
The set went out of print in 2015. The standard edition, without the metal tin, was later re-released in August 2020.

- Although intended as a complete collection, the set does not include the Season K episodes featuring Gamera. Also, another Gamera film, Gamera vs Jiger, was later riffed in Episode #1307.
