Martha Masters is a high-level gizmocrat at the Gizmonic Institute. She is shown in episode 1101 to be waiting for the return of Jonah Heston and is distressed to find he has disappeared behind the dark side of the moon.

Martha is played by actress Erin Gray best known for her portrayal of Col. Deering on the 1980s Buck Rogers film and TV series.
