Mega-Synthia is a new character created for the Mystery Science Theater 3000 Live - The Great Cheesy Movie Circus Tour in which she acted as the primary antagonist to the crew of the Satellite of Love. She was played by Yvonne Freese.
Mega-Synthia is a clone that combines the DNA of Pearl Forrester and Synthia (herself a clone of Pearl Forrester). She has blonde hair that she often wear in an unkempt bun, and wears a green outfit similar to Pearl and Synthia's.
Mega-Synthia also appears in promotional bumpers for the MST3K channel on the streaming service PlutoTV. In one of these, she gleefully "denies" that the channel is a covert brain-washing effort. She also has a ring in her right nostril.

- Mega-Synthia is a new character created specifically for the live tour shows. It remains to be seen if she will be incorporated into any further MST3K media/productions.
