Mirror Mike
Mike Nelson is the head Mad in a mirror universe at the time The Satellite of Love was suffering from the effects of an ion storm. He and his assistants, Crow T. Robot, Tom Servo and Gyposy, would send movies to Clayton Forrester and TV's Frank aboard the mirror Satellite of Love as part of the Mystery Science Theater 3000 experiments.
When Dr. Clayton Forrester, in the Prime Universe, sends a matter transference device to the Satellite of Love during an ion storm, Prime Tom Servo and Gypsy are swapped with their mirror counterparts. They observe the nature of the mirror universe, including mirror Crow's attempt to assassinate mirror Mike.
Appearance[]
This version of Mike looked just like his Prime Universe counterpart, with the exception of a goatee. His uniform consisted of a sparkly gold vest with a Deep 13 badge.
Behind the Scenes[]
The host segments in Last of the Wild Horses are a spoof of the mirror universe in Star Trek, especially Mirror Mirror. Mike's vest is a parody of the mirror Kirk's vest, and his beard is a parody of the mirror Spock's.
