Mrs. Kelly is the irritable landlady of Michael Radin in the film The Mask. Mrs. Kelly discovers Michael's body after he dies of suicide, then provides some information to the police.
Mrs. Kelly then appeared on Moon 1, where she was also identified as the landlady. She was the only person to recognize Jonah's Tom Atkins costume.
