Phyllis Coates (1927-2023) was an American actress. She was one of two actresses to play the role of Lois Lane on the 1950s Adventures of Superman TV series opposite George Reeves (the other being Noel Neill). She also appeared as Lois with Reeves in the theatrical film Superman and the Mole Men.
