In 1950, Raphael G. Wolff had directed Clean Waters, another short in the "More Power to America" series. It is possible that he also directed or produced Pipeline to the Clouds, but no credits are provided.
14 minutes of this short were cut for the Mystery Science Theater 3000 presentation.
