Pluto TV is an online video streaming service. It was founded in 2013 and is a subsidiary of ViacomCBS.

The service consists of several channels, providing content in various categories including Movies, Sports, News, and Entertainment. Some channels stream a variety of content from a specific cable channel (including Comedy Central), while some other channels are constant streams of individual shows (including The Addams Family and Doctor Who).

Pluto TV had dedicated channels for both Mystery Science Theater 3000 (Channel 385) and RiffTrax (Channel 389). Pluto TV does not publish its schedule in advance, meaning that viewers generally do not know what episodes will be shown at what times.

Content on Pluto TV is advertiser-supported, meaning that the content contains commercials. Additionally, Pluto TV has produced short promotional spots for its own channels, including MST3K. Viewers of the RiffTrax channel, for example, may see promos for the MST3K channel that feature the cast of the Great Cheesy Movie Circus Tour (Crow, Tom Servo, Gypsy, and Mega-Synthia).

So far, all of the MST3K content shown on Pluto TV is material that is also available to stream for free without commercials at shoutfactorytv.com and tubitv.com. The selection of RiffTrax content is more varied.

In 2020, it was announced that Pluto TV would be one of the platforms that streamed the online Live Riff-Along event.
