RiffTrax Goes to the Gizmoplex is a special production that streamed on the Gizmoplex on March 24, 2023.[1] The special features a screening of the RiffTrax presentation of Gumby: The Movie, followed by a live riffing of a short Safety in Offices, and a Q&A with Michael J. Nelson, Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett hosted by Emily Marsh.

- Author Charles Dickens often gave his characters comedic names (Josiah Bounderby, Canon Crisparkle, etc.), despite the generally serious tone of his work.

- During the 2021 Kickstarter campaign, it was announced that RiffTrax would supply a group of rewards at various pledge levels and, if $5.5 Million was reached by the campaign, they would host a live event at the Gizmoplex, avalable to backers at the $35 level and above.[2]
- Shortly after the special aired, RiffTrax released a studio-recorded Video-on-Demand version of Safety in Offices.
- The special marked the first time Michael J. Nelson had participated in an official Mystery Science Theater 3000 production since Life After MST3K on the Mystery Science Theater 3000: Volume XXVI box set in 2013.
