Robert Forster (1941-2019) was an American actor. He had a long career in films and television.
Forster appeared in Disney's The Black Hole (opposite Ernest Borgnine and Maximilian Schell). Forster enjoyed a career resurgence in the 1990s after appearing as Max Cherry in Quentin Tarantino's Jackie Brown, a role which earned him an Academy Award nomination.
