Robert Scott Smith (born March 4, 1972) is a former American football running back who played with the Ohio State Buckeyes and later with the Minnesota Vikings of the NFL. After retiring from the sport, he became a football analyst on television, offering his insights on both college and professional football. He has appeared on ESPN, the NFL Network, Fox Sports, and the Big Ten Network.
He appears in the non-speaking role of Howard, a gift given to Pearl Forrester by the apes in Experiment #803 The Mole People.
