Roger Whittaker (1936-2023) was a folk musician born in Kenya. He enjoyed significant success with his 1971 song "The Last Farewell".

Tom and Crow were inspired by Kobras' scheme in the movie The Pumaman to create a replica of the head of Roger Whittaker, which would allow them to take control of him and force him to do their bidding. The plan was abandoned when Mike expressed a lack of interest in the endeavor.
Later, "Roger Whittaker" arrived in Castle Forrester. He serenaded Pearl, who was despondent over the fact that nobody had come to attend her ball. She began to contact a plan for world domination involving Whittaker and his fellow folk singers. When Whittaker tried to sneak away to join Observer's gathering, Pearl clobbered him with his guitar.
