Satellite of Love, LLC is a limited liability company registered in Dover, Delaware.[1] It is the corporate entity which currently owns Mystery Science Theater 3000 and has produced all series, live shows and specials of the "Revival Era" of the show. The company acquired the show from Best Brains, Inc. in 2015, in association with Shout! Factory.
Satellite of Love, LLC is the copyright holder of record for Seasons 11 through 13 and holds the trademarks for "MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000" and "MST3K".[2][3]
