Scooter is one of the Space Children encountered by Pearl Forrester, Professor Bobo, and Brain Guy on the Camping Planet.
Scooter and the other Space Children were very powerful and their exact origins are unknown. Their childish nature annoyed Pearl and Brain Guy, but Bobo found them delightful. Scooter repeatedly inflicted bodily harm on Bobo, which amused Scooter and which Bobo dismissed as good-natured rough-housing.
The Space Children were eventually returned to their parents, who were grateful to Pearl.
