I removed a reference that claimed that Mike's interrupted attempt to relax was a specific reference to a an unspecified espresso commercial in which a chef is interrupted in his attempts to relax. I don't believe that that the sketch's inspiration is that specific. For instance, "Fawlty Towers" featured an epsidoe where Basil attempts to relax with some classical music and a cup of tea but is frequently interrupted. (with increasing frustration).

Now this I have to argue on, it was cleary on the commercial and was a funny take on it at the time and I vote it stays.

Do you have a link to the specific commercial? Seeing it would be more convincing. Like I said, though, it's a pretty basic premise.
