Victor Izay (1923-2014) was an American actor who had a sporadic recurring role on The Waltons as Dr. Matthew Vance. Other shows he appeared on include The Rebel, Rawhide, Branded, Gunsmoke, Mannix, Columbo, and T.J. Hooker.
