Walter Mirisch
Walter Mirisch (1921-2023) was an American producer. Some of his more notable credits include The Magnificent Seven, West Side Story, The Great Escape, The Pink Panther (and many of its sequels), In the Heat of the Night (for which he accepted the Best Picture Oscar), They Call Me Mr. Tibbs!, and Scorpio.
